• Next business day, Maid For You provides a term sheet including preliminary price (subject to further due diligence)
• Maid For You and Seller perform due diligence and agree to price and terms
• All legal and technical details associated with the transaction and transfers are completed

Our Confidential Statement of Recurring Cleans includes only the minimum information needed to estimate a price:

• client first name, last initial
• map code
• client since date
• frequency
• price
• man-hours for most recent assignment
